A couple of minutes away from Kamaole Beach I, one of the great beaches on the sunny South shore. Air conditioning in livingroom and bedroom. Condo has a queen size bed, sofa sleeper 2 TV's.   The place we stayed was a little dated but was perfect. The location is amazing, the grounds are immaculate. It appeared the only ones on the beach were staying at this location. It was so romantic for the sunset. My wife loved this place. The balconies were perfect for the sunset as well as looking at the stars.

  Well equipped unit just steps away from the beach. Unit was just like description said. Everything is in the condo, decor is a bit outdated but who goes to Maui to stare at the wall art ! The one draw back, if you intend on using the living room sofa bed, the main room AC unit is on a maximum 4 hour timer because of the high cost of electricity. This makes it tougher to keep the room cool all night to sleep in. Site staff were very helpful. Clean pool and site. Small basic gym.

  The room was so clean and so nice. But we had just one problem. That was noise. It came from the above on the ceiling of bathroom, and never stop! It was quite noisy and I could not sleep and I was very disappointed.
  We will come back next March. So, please repair.

  WE can't say enough positives about Maui Sunset condos. It was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. The beach was short walk away. We could hear the ocean waves and the beach itself was well maintained. The condos were close to grocery stores, drugstores and restaurants and within short distances to beaches, attractions etc. WE would highly recommend this condo facility.

  We had a nice stay at the Maui Sunset. Location, view, grounds, pool are all excellent. The unit has everything you need. The unit is reasonably comfortable. Could use a few more comfy chairs and cushions for lanai furniture. Memory foam not necessary on bed. We removed it. Telephone needs replacing(static on every call). Minor problem with toilet was fixed promptly. Would stay again in 313A

  My wife and I stayed for a month in December/Jan. Suite is as pictured. Maui Sunset is one of the better buildings/complexes in the north Kieha area. Beautiful grounds and nice pool. Unit is in a good location of the building, far enough from the street. Suite itself has older decor but is clean and everything works. At the right price this is a very good place to rent, one we would consider renting again.
