2014,remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets, fixtures and beautiful tile thru out living room and bedroom, very tastefully done! Good walking, windsurfing, kite surfing beach fronts this oceanfront condo complex in North Kihei. A couple of minutes away from Kamaole Beach I, one of the great beaches on the sunny South shore. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom. Condo has a queen bed, daybed and a sofa sleeper, and complimentary high speed internet + WIFI.

Property features beautifully manicured grounds, tennis courts, putting green, shuffle board, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, large pool and Gas BBQ grills.

  Maui Sunset has been a favorite of ours for many vacations over the years. The location is close to goods and services, grocery stores and dining. The airport is 20 or 25 minutes away. Kitchens are equipped for cooking, and multiple gas grills are in the courtyard.

  The condo was super comfortable, well stocked with towels, toiletries, all the needed utensils to prepare meals. The condo was clean and location amenities were awesome, nice big clean pool, tennis courts and located right on the shore. A beautiful place to watch the sunset on the ocean. Will definitely look to stay again if in Maui.

  My friends and I stayed here for a few days and it was perfect for us! Great location right on the beach and walking distance to stores and shops! We even got food from the local grocery store and cooked a couple meals at the condo to save some money. Super easy since they had all the supplies we needed. Everyone we met was super friendly, helpful and welcoming! Would definitely recommend staying here!

  A well decorated suite, bright and cheerful. Carpet & tub getting a bit old. Neighbor's balcony on left (408?) should be carpeted to avoid furniture noise. Can get a bit noisy outside due to all the units in the place but not too bad. View was great. The grounds are very well maintained. The beach is nice enough in front but no one swims there, not sure why. Like the location as more expensive further south and can easily get south with a car for eating, shoping & swimming. We left an inexpensive ipod player there for other guests. CD player in the place didn't work.
