Renovated one bedroom, two bath ocean view fourth floor condo. Stainless steel kitchen appliances. Air conditioning in living room and bedroom. Condo has a queen size bed and a sofa sleeper. Remodeled bathrooms feature tiled showers, no tub. Good walking, windsurfing, kitesurfing beach fronts this oceanfront condo complex in North Kihei. A couple of minutes away from Kamaole Beach I, one of the great beaches on the sunny South shore. Complimentary wifi in room and at the pool. Gym on property.


Property features beautifully manicured grounds, tennis courts, putting green, shuffle board, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, large pool and Gas BBQ grills.

  Good location. It was easy to make a reservation and the condo was well equipped. The only draw backs were the A/C was noisy and there was something that made a noise like a smoke alarm that needs the battery changed and it only occurred at night

  We were so thankful to be moved from our first room to a new condo. Wendi is amazing! 409B was great! Very dated furnishings, however, we weren't there for the condo, we wanted a great view and that's what we got. Staff needed to lighten up on security. Masks are mandated, but, rudeness is not. I wish we had more laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, and TP. However, with costco and walmart fairly close, we made it work. Loved the showers and kitchen. Beware the A/C going out - you'll have to switch the breaker!

  Rental Experiance very professional from Kumulani Vacarions and they were very helpful in the whole rental experiance..The unit was clean in a good location half in the middle of the building a little ocean view and enjoyed listening to the kids on the grass and the bbqers chatting it up cooking their dinners.. The only complaints I had would be the beds very uncomfortable.... seems to be a problem in most units...and the lack of cleaning supplies made available in the unit. My advice for the owners to keep the supplies in the unit it would benefit them more then the renters as a renter I tend to clean if the supplies are there. The Maui Sunset is an amazing condo complex with the grounds be beautiful and the pool a very nice size. Please keep in m8nd this is an older building so may be lacking in modern looks for some

  just pick up the keys in a drop box or at the desk to check in and drop them off when you leave. Super easy. Great location on the water with each condo having a view to the ocean. Like the pool, shuffleboard, tennis courts, bocci ball, putting green all with free supplies (tennis rackets, putters, etc).

  A wonderful clean place for families with children to stay on your holiday! Location is easy to find and lots of parking. Close to many beaches and shopping. Variety of fun activities at the property to keep you and the kids entertained. Overall, it was a positive experience from booking to checking out.   We were married on the grass near the beach 25 years ago, so we wanted to "return to the scene of the crime". The rental agency accurately described the room and amenities, it was clean, and hasn't changed much since 25 yrs ago (but that's good!) except the room is remodeled. A good location to do all the activities on Maui, we did a whale watch, Haleakala tour, Hana Rd tour, dinner cruise, and had our 25th anniversary dinner at Mama's Fish House - yum!

  Loved the condo, location and staff. Everything was perfect; quite, near shopping and restaurants. We arrived late, after the front office was closed so while we were trying to figure out how to get the apartment key from a lock box, a wonderful on-site security guard came by & help us and get our key. The apartment was exceptionally clean and quite. Loved the swimming pool and barbecue grills, extremely clean; staff cleans them every morning. Beautiful ocean view; so relaxing watching the sunset over drinks and having breakfast on the patio. Enjoyed our stayed very much.

  Great view from this well-appointed unit. The unit is a little lacking on storage space, since the owners have a lot of "stuff" in it, and renters cannot use the closet. We would advise the owners to either unlock the closet, or free up space in the cupboards for renters' groceries. Other than that, we liked it very much. The unit could benefit from a thorough cleaning.

  We tried to find places for about 2 weeks and every island had no reservations available. We went through flipkey one last desperate time and I got an email about a unit that had a cancellation. We jump on it not really knowing what we were getting in return. The unit was affordable compared to what others were charging by hundreds of dollars. We stayed in 409b. The view of the ocean was jaw dropping. The place had a great patio over looking impeccably kept grounds. Having a washer and dryer in the unit saved our butts! Everything anyone could need was all in the condo. We were conveniently located in Kehei and the trip couldn't of been more wonderful. Wendi was a great resource for us and we would recommend this to anyone wanting to have a great trip to Maui!
