One bedroom, two bath partial ocean view ground floor condo. Close to the putting green. Located next to Waipuilani Beach, which is a long sand and coral beach protected by reef and suitable for swimming, long walks, whale watching and beautiful Maui sunsets. This area is close to where surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and other water sports are enjoyed. A couple of minutes away from Kamaole Beach I, II & III, one of the great beaches on the sunny South shore. Air conditioning in livingroom and bedroom. Condo has a queen size bed, sofa sleeper, and an additional single bed in the living room. Complimentary High Speed Internet + WIFI!
Property features beautifully manicured grounds, tennis courts, putting green, shuffle board, exercise room, sauna, Jacuzzi, large pool and Gas BBQ grills.

  We came to Maui for a company retreat. Several of our employees have never been to Maui before. The location was very perfect and parking was easy. The condo's were exactly what we needed. A little outdated but having kitchens and laundry in the rooms was so helpful. The grounds were beautiful and it was ocean front. Pool was nice and refreshing, always clean. Hot tub was not hot during our stay. they were doing their best to get it fixed though. BBQ's and picnic tables were so helpful so our large group could prepare and enjoy eating together outside on the beautiful lawn. Office staff was friendly and very helpful from the moment we checked in to when we checked out. Even gave us a loaner pool key since we had to check out at 11:00am and our flight did not leave until 9:00pm. So we could enjoy the pool until we left. We really appreciated that!

  This is a great location on the ground floor. Our stay was 6 weeks and overall experience was very good. Kitchen amenities could be improved but it did not have a negative effect on our vacation as we mostly just used the BBQ’s.

  It was a great experience... great staff, great convenient location! Buildings and landscaping very well maintained. Very clean unit though it can use some updating (kitchen and bath light fixtures need to be replaced as well as kitchen wallpaper: interior brown doors could be painted white/beige which would brighten up the space.

You can't beat being on the ground floor - Just open the sliding glass door on your Lanai and let your day begin!   This location is the best for a relaxed stay. Maui Sunset always has many friendly people either renting or living. There are always those that come every year and it is nice to see familiar faces.   Once again we had an enjoyable stay at the Maui Sunset. Family and grandchildren staying nearby in Kehei loved to visit us and enjoy the amenities offered at the Maui Sunset. We have already booked two units for next March, as a result. Kumulani Vacations & Realty are the best, most responsive and most accommodating agents we have dealt with during our dozen or more visits to the Hawaiian Islands. Unfortunately, they have not yet figured out a way of managing the weather quite as well as their rental properties.

  This modest condo is the perfect place for small children and intergenerational families. The green space between the buildings offers a safe area for children to run around under the watchful eyes of adults. The grounds are beautifully maintained.
