Two bedroom, two bath ocean view ground floor condo - great for families, adjacent to the pool. Set in a lush tropical lawn that runs along Waipuilani Beach Reserve with a sand and coral shoreline protected by reef perfect for long walks and watching the stunning sunsets. A couple of minutes away from Kamaole Beach I, II and III, some of the best beaches in the state of Hawaii. Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. This condo's features include a full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. There is not a land line available. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twin size beds and there is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Complimentary High Speed Internet PLUS WI-FI.

  Condo was a bit dated & generally clean but a had everything we needed for 4 people. The location on the 1st floor near both ocean & pool was perfect for 2 of us who have trouble walking. Kihei is my favorite location & Maui Sunset was the 1st condo I stayed at in the mid 80s...haven't been back since 80s nit place is well maintained, now even has a beach thanks to the sunomi and the huge pool is just as I remembered!

  Beautiful grounds, grassy with a decent beach. Washer, dryer and dishwasher came in very handy. Window a/c in dining area and bedrooms worked well to knock down the heat and humidity at bedtime. Furniture is okay and beds were comfortable.

  Our rental unit was clean, and perfect size for us. We picked it based on it being ground floor and having 2 twin beds for our young kids. We were able to open the patio doors in the morning and the kids would run out to play. Had every thing we needed to cook a meal for our family. I would recommend this unit again as it was wonderful to drink coffee with the sunset every morning. Our only problem was getting the lights to turn on with the light switches at night time, the bedrooms didn’t seem to work properly at all

  21 great sunsets finished each days activities on the beautiful island of Maui. We have visited Maui 14 times and stayed at Maui Sunset 12 of those times. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool in in good shape. Love walking the beach as the sun pops over Haleakala, and breakfast on the lanai.

  Can't say enough about Kumulani and Wendi Ching! The arrangements were simple and came off without a hitch. We actually rented 2 units from them.
