  We have stayed with Stay Maui/Kumulani Vacations for over 30 years. This end unit B323 has been completely remodeled and has stunning views of the park and ocean. You will not find better kept grounds than here at the Maui Sunset. Wendi and staff are wonderful to deal with!!!

  Your photos don’t do justice to the view. You should photograph the view from the balcony and then clearly indicate that’s the view from the unit on the photo.
  The unit needs a new WiFi router. The existing one is failing. It’s not the internet connection cable modem - it is the Netgear router and it is basically non functional. When I directly connected my laptop to the cable modem the internet was fine. With the multiple devices people use today that will be a recurring issue for less tech savvy guests.
  The units carpet is getting old and should be replaced.
  The bed mattress are very worn and need replacement.

  We had a great stay at the Maui Sunset. Our rooms (we had two rooms booked for 11 people) were superb! No complaints at all. The view was amazing, you can't beat the location to the beach and the pool and area are very large and we also enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Booking with Kumulani Vacations is very easy and stress free. They answer all questions and make booking with a large group very easy.

  It was the third time for me that I had stayed in Maui Sunset. This room was the first time. It was wide and clean. I and my friends were able to spend comfortably. But we couldn't use one of bathrooms. Water and hot water didn't come out from the shower.

  We tried to find a 3 bedroom appartment or villa for Christmastime 2014 from Maui with reasonable price. Finally decided to choose this apparment although there were number of villas with much more attractive features but with a lot, lot higher price. I hoped this would satisfy our needs and beforehand we thought "we just overnight there spending days outside".
  
  The reservation process went very well and I got quickly and friendly answers to all of my queustions per email (thanks a lot Wendi and David).
  
  We reached Maui Sunset 2 a.m. due to delay of flight. Late arrival wasn't any issue and we got the key as instructed.
  
  The appartment was clean and just as descriped on web. Three bedrooms and three showers / toilets was great when travelling as we (parents + daughter 21y and two sons of 20)! Parents absolute favourite place was the good size lanai - we ate all our breakfast there and sat and watched the see and sunsets.
  
  We did not cook anything although there was all needed for that; just had breakfast in the apparment. First restaurants are approx half a mile from here. We found Kihei as a perfect location on Maui and because a car is anyway necessary, we found this location pretty fine.
  
  We also found the beds comfortable differently to some earlier guests.
  
  We were very satisfied to this appartment especially remembering our budget. If you want absolute luxury, you might choose something more expensive, but we enjoyed very much our 8 night stay in this appartment.
  
  We planned to be here longer, but this appartment was already booked next to us. At the end of the stay we were really sad to leave this place and Maui - hope we can be back soon!

  This was by far the best vacation of my lifetime! Kumulani vacations outdid themselves! Wendy, who booked this for us is the best employee ever. She made sure to personally welcome us and check in to make sure our stay was going very well.
  Our unit was well laid out, had every convenience, and suited our needs to a T. There were seven of us in the unit and we had plenty of space. The view was outstanding. The wildlife that we saw during our visit was incredible. We saw turtles, luminescence, and whales breaching.
  I would highly recommend this unit for a family vacation. The location was wonderful we were close to everything. The price, value, and outstanding cleanliness speaks volumes for this vacation rental company. I would highly recommend Wendy and Kumulani vacations rentals to anyone. You will not be disappointed.
