  The only thing wrong with this unit was the small bathroom light does not put out enough light. made the shower dark and I could not shave at all in there. I have stayed in many units in this complex and this unit was great also. Loved the day bed.

  Great location. Beautiful grounds. Amazing sunsets. Condo was dated, but everything was in decent condition. We were told the condo was going to be renovated this summer, I’m sure it will be great once that project is completed. Kumulani was great to work with, would use them again when we come back to Maui.

  The unit was comfortable-it could have been cleaner, there was dried food on the stove top, on the sides of the cabinet, & even some on the ceiling. The carpet really could have used a shampoo, and the drapes had either blood stains or stains of some kind.

  This was a very nice unit. It is an old property, but very well maintained. The unit has had some updates. It wasn't very well stocked with things such as TP, tissue, trash bags or basic items for anyone who's staying more then a couple days. It was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I'd certainly stay here again as I have rented other units on this property and have been very disappointed. This was much nicer.

  We stayed at unit A213 at the Maui Sunset for several weeks this winter and were very happy with our accommodations. The unit is nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed and recently redecorated kitchen. We were missing a few little things but the property management company, Kumulani Vacations, quickly supplied them. The lanai has a nice view of the grounds, swimming pool and ocean. Highly recommended!

  Condo was clean and tidy. Nice location, no elevator noise.
  However, the 2001 mattress was very uncomfortable. Had to buy a topper pad to try to improve our sleep.
